Beta: Mail-to-Weblog for Manila

We've got a new feature for testing: Mail-to-Weblog for Manila. The Mail-to-Weblog feature periodically checks for new messages in an email account that you specify, and posts any messages whose subject matches your "secret subject" to your weblog.
