INTERNETDUTCH RULING IN KAZAA CASE In a setback for the entertainment industry, a Dutch appeals court has overturned a lower court order that prohibited distribution of a popular program used to trade music and movies over the Internet. The appeals court ruled that the distributor of the program, Kazaa Media Desktop, is not liable for unauthorized copies of material made by people who use the software.
