> Martin Schwimmer: I am very happy to make an RSS feed of this web site available to aggregators who make NON-COMMERCIAL use of the feed. There is someone out there who is aggregating 40 law blogs and attempting to sell advertising. Please either stop selling the advertising or stop including my blog. Also, there is someone out there who appears to be attempting to sell access to various law blog archives as a premium service. My archives are available free on this site. Stop attempting to sell my content.

> Doug Kaye: Let's Talk (Mill Valley Film Festival) It was billed as being, "unlike any Indian film you've ever seen," and that's certainly the case. Far from the typical whacky musical, this is a starkly realistic and at times disturbing drama filmed in DV. The concept: A woman who is pregnant (but not by her husband) imagines seven scenarios that might play out when she tells her husband. It's a tour de force for Boman Irani, the actor in the role of the husband. There's occasional comic relief, but for the most part this is intense, believeable and remarkably western. We were taken by how much this couple's life is like that of an American couple's. No distributor yet, and it may not get one. But if it gets to a theatre near you, by all means see it.

> Adam Curry: I heard John Mellencamp's anti-war song on the radio here last night. It can be downloaded freely from his site.

> Christopher Smith: A good sole just recently let me know that every time I update my blog radio's rss aggregator is displaying all my entries. Very odd. I checked the xml returned by my rss link and it only contains a few very old entries. Looks like another note to Pyra....
[How do you know that?]

Weird indeed! Christopher must have added this entry by hand — when I tried to post it using Radio it didn't pick up the item, just the channel info. Then an hour later, his feed reverted to the same thing I've been getting every hour for the past couple of days.   9:23:13 AM  Link  Google It!
