Apple: Former Vice President Al Gore Joins Apple's Board of Directors. Wow, I'm sure this will make for great Switch ads from Apple soon, like:

• "Al Gore loves its new 12 inches Al Book".
• "I'll make sure next election electronic ballots will be powered by MacOS X on Xserve".
• "Maybe i did not invente the Internet but these guys really ignited the personal computer revolution".
