(Total elapsed time from my reporting this problem to Radio's automatic software update feature applying the fix on my system: 2 1/2 hours :-)
"system.verbs.builtins.xml.rss.compileService changed on Sat, 16 Nov 2002 19:28:09 GMT: Fixed problem where permalink wouldn't be used if the attribute was specified; and supported change detection for guids that aren't permalinks.
