Does Active KM Help Increase a Company's Business Success?. (Knowledge Board, 24/1/2002 14:45) The Research Group at the University of Exeter is investigating models for Knowledge Management and the links between knowledge management and company performance. They hold the view that there is a correlation between the 'extent' of KM practice and a company's continued business success. In order to analyse business success they are using the Business Excellence Model (BEM) from the European Foundation for Quality Management (EFQM) in Europe. [KM - all news]
