Does your aggregator run if you run the following from the QuickScript
window?

Xml.aggregator.readAllServices()

Do you have an entry at user.scheduler.everyMinute.aggregator?

If not then try this. Enter the following into your QuickScript window.

user.scheduler.everyMinute.aggregator = @xml.aggregator.everyMinute
