The Economist.  Lessig the rock-star of the information age.  I like what Lessig is doing, however, after watching interviews of him, I was surprised about how negative he is on the potential to win.  This applies to the case he argued in front of the Supremes.  In my experience, unless you are confident in your ability to win, you can never win.
