wow! thanks to userland for great support.
as you can see, i temporarily lost connectivity to the cloud and couldn't upstream earlier today.
lawrence and another helpful discussion forum reader offered to help, and presto-chango, it's now working.
actually, i should have checked the 3rd party tools more carefully before bugging the list, but hindsight and all....
i'll post the offending tool in a moment. it's probably a stale version or something i've done, so don't take any pointer to a tools as a condemnation of the tool.
keep those tools coming, guys and gals.
