I've been getting kind of interested in Ruby the last couple days. Everything that I've come across online seems pretty enthusiastic.
I installed a MacOS X ruby package yesterday, but I haven't really played with it yet beyond a test hello world program. I should have a little time to do some fiddling around tomorrow.
