San Jose is blessed with many vibrant neighborhoods. I try to keep up with neighborhood events throughout the city, but my focus is on downtown/central San Jose.

San Jose Election Results March 4, 2003

Measure A passed in today's special election with 58% Yes to 42% No. As a result, expansion of the airport can proceed ahead the traffic relief measures.

With the Mercury News supporting the measure, multiple glossy mailings, and recorded phone messages, its passage was likely. This probably proves once again that money buys votes.
