The annual District 3 summit will be 9 a.m. to noon April 26 at the San Jose Repertory Theatre in downtown San Jose, focusing only on budget concerns, said Councilwoman Cindy Chavez.
"It will be looking at the city budget and state budget and what role the downtown community will want to play in getting our priorities in order and lobbying for them," she said.
