PLEASE LOOK for upcoming details on West Coast Aquatics hosting the Pacific Swimming Far Western Championships (Far Westerns) July 30 - August 3, 2003. Far Westerns is the premier age group swimming event for the Western United States. In addition to top local swimmers teams are expected from Canada, Mexico, Guatemuala, Cayman Islands and other western states.

Supervisor Beall's office has adopted a stretch of Los Gatos Creek through San Jose Water District[base ']s Adopt-A-Creek program. His adopted stretch extends to the trails between Campbell Avenue and Camden Avenue and borders the Campbell Park located at the corner of Gilman and Campbell Avenue. His first creek clean up was LAST August. His office coordinates at least two creek clean ups a year. Please join your friends and neighbors for his next Creek Clean up Saturday, July 12th at 10am. Refreshments will be provided.
