VTA Releases Draft Environmental Document for the Proposed BART Extension to Milpitas, San Jose and Santa Clara
San Jose- The Federal Transit Administration has authorized Santa Clara Valley Transportation Authority (VTA) to release a Draft Environmental Impact Statement/ Environmental Impact Report (EIS/EIR) for the BART Extension to Milpitas, San Jose and Santa Clara. The Draft EIS/EIR is available for public review beginning March 16, 2004 for a 60-day period
