I am now taking charge of the Music and Ats Conservatory of Santa Barbara web site. Alhough I have many more things to do, the web will take more of my time, and it is not the most creative or productive use of it: we all hope that the web might be useful somehow, sometimes, enough that we do not dare to go without it. This collective wishful thinking persists even after the dot.com crash, simply because t is so ... collective.
