Southern California: FOB Barn/Stack: 10,240 Tons Delivered: 3,025
Compared to last week, Premium and Supreme Alfalfa steady to 5.00
higher. Good demand, supplies light. Should start on 1st cutting in
2-4 weeks. Fair and Good Alfalfa steady to firm. Demand moderate and
supplies moderate to heavy. Retail and stable hay steady. Demand
moderate and supplies moderate. Exporters not showing much interest
in adding to present inventories.
