New name, new host, new software.

I've moved this site to the following address:

http://ruixue.cogsci.uiuc.edu/mt/snowtime/

It now runs on my desktop computer (Windows XP, Apache server, ActiveState Perl) under Movable Type. So far, I'm quite pleased with the new setup.
