A misguided recall
GIVEN THE FRANTIC PACE of everyday living here in the East Bay, most area residents who don't either live or work in Clayton probably don't care much about what goes on in that small city's government. It turns out that maybe they should, because disturbing events are occurring there that could have a chilling affect on people being willing to embark on government service.
