New look for Nut Tree  Kevin Clerici reports that on Tuesday night the Vacaville City Council will consider a purchase and development agreement for a new Nut Tree project that could, upon completion, generate an estimated $3.7 million in new, annual tax revenue for the city.  "Upon completion of the agreement, the developer would have five years to construct what planners are calling an innovative "destination place" on 76 acres off Interstate 80."
