A strategy to reconcile residential development within the restrictions of Dixon's 16-year-old growth ordinance will be studied again Tuesday by City Council.

It will be the second time the council considers the proposed "Measure B Implementation Ordinance," which would set procedures in the allocation of housing for future development. The council will convene at 7 p.m. in the Council Chamber, 600 East A St.
