Coast Guard eyes Concord Navy housing  Denis Cuff reports that the Coast Guard is planning to claim 316 homes at the Concord Naval Weapons Station vacated when the Navy mothballed the facility.  The article points to additional housing potential on the site.  "In the long-term, the Coast Guard also is considering an unusual venture to team with private industry to build several hundred new homes on the site, city officials say."[CCT - Transp&GrowthHead2] 7:12:34 AM
