Solano business group drops its president.  The East Bay Business Times reports that the Solano Economic Development Corporation, better known as SEDCORP, has not renewed Linda Brown's contract and has installed its Marketing Director, Sandy Person, as interim President. 7:30:11 AM

City still choosing building projects Glenn May reports that Pittsburg is working quickly to issue and spend $100 million in redevelopment bonds to prevent losing it to state budget take-aways. "City officials hope that, by selling the bonds soon and pledging current redevelopment revenue to pay them off, they will put the city's power plant revenue off limits to state legislators."  [CCT - Daily Ledger] 6:39:20 AM
