I followed up on "the jigsaw classroom" and used it with my group, to great effect.

In general, the book was a good starting point for further research, and an entertaining diversion on its own.  1:49:54 PM    

Time spent writing automated tests is time not spent finding new bugs.

Use automated tests where they make sense - data-driven, modular tests. Use scripts to assist in manual testing as well.

But don't focus on automation - it, like everything else, is not a silver bullet.  1:05:12 PM
