This week, I'm going to call a meeting of the testing team (what's left of us) and yet again refine the plan for testing the product.

But this time, I'm going to do it differently.

This time, I'm going to get a whiteboard and/or flip-chart pad, and we're going to make a list of "Questions to be answered - both for the testing effort and by the testing effort."

No answers. Just questions.

When we run out of questions, we will stop the meeting.

In email, we'll answer the questions, and, hopefully, a plan will emerge.
