A way to <em>properly</em> <a href="http://www.bombich.com/mactips/image.html">backup Mac OS X volumes</a>. There's the <a href="http://developer.apple.com/cocoa/index.html">Cocoa</a>-based <a href="http://www.qdev.de/Software/ExifRenamer.html">EXIF Renamer</a> from Germany. It'll rename all those Digicam pics based on the date and time taken. Finally there's a <a href="http://www.chaoticsoftware.com/products/mp3-rage-42.hqx">new version</a> of my favorite Mac MP3 utilities- <a href="http://www.chaoticsoftware.com/ProductPages/MP3Rage.html">MP3 Rage</a>. Hate those pop-up (and -under) ads as much as I do? Well, you can actually <a href="http://www.technoerotica.net/mylog/optouts.html">opt-out</a> of a lot of them. Cool! Hmmm... I can even point my friends to <a href="http://www.scartaris.com/netjuke">my Netjuke</a> installation at home, huh? I like <a href="http://netjuke.sourceforge.net/">Netjuke</a> so far... it needs some tweaking and cleaning up of the database, but at least I have decent remote access to my music now... Kreide.
