I'm in cheese heaven! I just received some Pleasant Ridge Reserve cheese from Uplands Cheese. It is very good cheese. I wonder sometimes which farm it was that we stopped at on one of our bicycle tours through Wisconsin. They invited us in to get some water and we were able to see some of the dairy's operations. 5:21:47 PM
