Soon it will be time for the Wisconsin cheese makers to start shipping this years cheese.  I can't wait.  I'm looking forward to some aged cheddar, and the Uplands Cheese Pleasant Ridge Reserve.  May even get some Fresh Cheese Turds that squeak when you eat them :) 10:13:50 PM
