Okay, I just mentioned the lack of Wi-Fi everywhere, and here it comes,
in Canada. And the author of the article is talking about the
Wireless Streaming Internet Receiver too! I can't wait and at
this pace I might not have to.

Nokia is making the device I want.
I won't be ready for a little while yet, but that's ok we don't have
Wi-Fi everywhere yet. But once there is Wi-Fi everywhere this
thing will be really cool.
It is built on top of and with
open source software
so there is the potential for all kinds of applications to be created
for it. I can't wait. The Streaming Internet Receiver.

These quotes are from the movie Lemony Snicket's A Series of
Unfortunate Events. I stole them from a posting over on
Widownet. When I watched the movie the other day I was struck by
the first quote. It is about as true a description as I can some
up with to describe what it is like to be a widower.
"If you have ever lost someone important to you, then you already know
how it feels, and if you haven't, you cannot possibly imagine it."
". . . it is a sad truth in life that when someone has lost a loved one,
friends sometimes avoid the person, just when the presence of friends is
most needed."
"It is a curious thing, the death of a loved one. It's like walking up
the stairs to your bedroom in the dark and thinking that there's one
more stair than there is. Your foot falls down through the air, and
there's a sickly moment of dark surprise."
