Tonight I wasn't afflicted with Acute Omphaloskepsis, instead I was enjoying some dinner.  I had some cheeses, a Morbier, Manchego, a Dry Monterey Jack and a semi soft French cheese that I can't remember the name of.  The dry Monterey Jack is a hard cheese almost like a fresh Parmesan. With the cheeses I had some Yellow Delicious Apple and a Champagne Mango that was really sweet and tasty.  Add some crackers and a glass of Thirsty Lizard from Australia and it was a gastronomic extravaganza. I really like food.  I'm working on improving the quality while trying to cut down on the quantity. 10:20:20 PM
