Physicians Warn Of Nuclear Terrorist Threat. Science Daily Feb 14 2002 1:31AM ET [Moreover - moreover...] It is time we got rid of these weapons, or at least greatly decreased their numbers. It would be much more difficult for a terrorist to get a nuclear weapon if the stock piles the US and Russia had were much smaller.
