Theology and physics win $1m prize. John C Polkinghorne - a mathematical physicist and Anglican priest - wins the 2002 Templeton Prize. [BBC News: sci/tech] Theology and science do not have to conflict. Polkinghorne has written convincing books about the subject, worth a read if you are interested in either theology or science.
