Turning waste into tarmac. Millions of tonnes of household waste could soon be recycled, and used
to build roads and houses. [BBC News: sci/tech] Recycling is lurching forward in Britain. This may be one of the few ways the the U.S. is actually ahead of Britain on environmental issues.
