WHO issues fitness plea. Half an hour of exercise a day can halve the chance of heart disease,
says the World Health Organization. [BBC News: sci/tech] One interesting statistic from this report was that 65-80% of all adults do no exersise. They are setting themselves up fro serous health problems later.
