Here is an interesting statistic. The market share of the IIS (Microsoft) web server found by the Netcraft web server survey shows a precipitous drop in the last 6 months, from 35% to 25% with all of that loss being taken up by Apache, which has now surged to over 63% of the market. Isn't it funny how none of the major tech publications or pundits have reported this. If Apache's numbers has dropped that much, I am sure it would be all over the web. The decline looks as if it will continue.
