I was playing with Google Earth to locate the Chilean volcanos I'm hoping to climb and ski this August, the Nevados de Chillán complex (for the second time), Villarrica, and Lonquimay, when I found a reference to a wonderful layer file from the Smithsonian with all the known Holocene volcanoes. Detailed coordinates, elevations, pictures, and summary geology and eruptive history. Dangerously addictive.
