New technologies make it so much easier to visualize and examine new discoveries. Here is a graphical representation of the putative structure of the SARS virus genome provided by Evan Carmichael, using software from his company,Redasoft:

The genomic sequence was only determined a few days ago. Now you can get an idea of which genes are where. Attempts at vaccines will be next.  4:38:14 PM    



Bellevue Apple Store set for a May opening. Cydney Gillis writes in the King County Journal about the pending opening of an Apple Store at Bellevue Square in Washington, just an hour or so north of my Mac Net Journal offices... [Mac Net Journal]

I am so excited. Just down the road from me. I will be making a comuter purchase this year so I expect to be at this store a lot.  9:04:10 AM    



Well, I hope I hope I can do some posting today. But It may have to wait until the weekend. This slow line is too frustrating. May need to get to Starbucks and do it wirelessly.  9:00:28 AM
