U.S.: Berg Had Been Advised to Leave Iraq [AP World News]
I'm still wondering why he was there in the first place. The media has been pretty clear that he wasn't a mercenary or a government employee, so it looks like he really was an innocent victim, but I haven't really seen any explanation of why he was in Iraq.
