Excess Caffeine
3 cups of coffee is considered an average or moderate dose, but 10 cups of coffee per day is considered excessive.
At various times I have run the gamut from average consumption to gross excess. I also drink enough to get withdrawal symptoms if I stop abruptly, although I have been down to two 12 oz. drinks a day on most days for some time now.
