Music Industry Targets Net Swappers [New York Times: Technology]
This decision could apparently go either way. I hope that the Judge sees fit to protect the privacy rights of Internet users. The music industry should not be allowed to arrogate extraordinary enforcement powers to itself in order to protect a failing business model.
