Finished my first week of being a project manager. Phew. I'm going to try and keep some notes and links here as I find them. If anyone (mom? clara? lynn? weird frank zappa guy?) knows of any good PM tips and tricks, please send them along.

Wow. Under the heading of "no such thing as bad publicity" I got my very first referrer outside of myself and my friends. Sure, the guy slammed me, but I'm still excited. (Besides, I took a look at his "blog" and if it wasn't for this, it wouldn't even be worth pissing on.)
