Round 2: Webcasters Meet with Industry at CARP Roundtable Today Today a historic meeting is taking place inwhich the webcasters and recording industry officials are meeting in a Roundtable Discussion with the Library of Congress' CARP panel.  The meetings will take place all day long from 9 AM to 5 PM in Washington DC. The International Webcasters Association in cooperation with  TVWorldwide.com will be streaming the entire meeting to the internet.
