Google restored a website critical of the Church of Scientology on its search engine Thursday while free-speech advocates slammed the company for removing the site in the first place.

YES!!!! We won this round. Censorship is an evil that must always be fought off. This abuse af the DMCA is only onw of many examples of why this act must be repealed. It is an example of what happens when laws are abused for selfish interest. With the triple threat of the DMCA, UCITA, and the SSSCA, we face a future where companies and organizations can abuse our freedoms, ignore our rights, deny us 'Fair Use', and stifle views they do not agree with...mj
