Man takes sledgehammer to faulty PC
After returning a persistently faulty PC [Gateway] to a shop five times over three months, a Wisconsin man snapped and took it apart with a sledgehammer in front of shocked shoppers. [The Register]
Service...oh where is the service? I am perplexed at how bad customer service has gotten over the past 30 years. Perhaps it is because we have seen so many examples of how it should be done [Nordstroms]. Perhaps it's because we are getting use to how low the bar has been set in the PC industry.
