Been There or Be Sued... Be has filed an anti-trust lawsuit against Microsoft. One of the ironies of the JOD settling with MS is that it could end up meaning nothing. MS will be buiried in high profile lawsuits that use the 'Findings of Fact' that MS is a Monopoly, and has used illegal tactics to maintain that Monopoly. This is going to keep that one employee that is left at Be very busy. Of course Be should also change their name to Been...mj 12:52:46 PM
