More indictments for WorldCom brass
WorldCom's senior (fraudsters) executives are set to turn on each other under increasing pressure from federal prosecutors determined to get at former CEO Bernard Ebbers, the Associated Press reports. [The Register US]
Have you noticed how fast the Bush administration has moved to go after Worldcom, yet they have not indicted anyone from Enron yet? Maybe I've missed something, but perhaps it has to do with not wanting to draw attention to the fact that they are in bed with the energy companies. Perhaps it's because they fear what these people could expose about this administration! Think about it...it's been almost a year since Enron started to fall apart. Are any senior Enron people under indictment over their wrong doings?...mj
