Essays, Short Articles and Verse.
I’m not one of these people who write regardless of whether their work is going to be published or not. I’ve never been a Dear Diarist—I began because someone had to come up with the articles for the early editions of Black+White magazine and I was it.
But from the very moment of taking up the pen, or Macintosh in my case, I have enjoyed it enormously. I try to evolve in my understanding of written communication in each successive piece. And I have always visualised the finished article as I write it.
I have written the articles below either for this website or for Black+White magazine, and saw their republication as the opportunity to see how they might look if designed as an A4 page. Click to download each PDF.
