Macromedia Contribute
Download the trial application. It is excellent. Really, really outstandingly good.
Contribute allows Joe Contentowner to add and maintain his content on the web, without needing to learn HTML or anything scary at all. Even seasoned Dreamweaver users may find Contribute a convenient interface into sites where the development and templating work has been finished. The price looks OK to me, too.
I'm going to get a copy for Steve Dixon, and set him up to publish his own news/webblog on dixonia. I'm also hoping we can use this at work for some of our static content owners.
