Morning by Morning Devotional:
Job 8:11
"Can the rush grow up without mire?"
The rush cannot grow without mire, but plants of the Lord's right hand planting can and do flourish even in the year of drought. A godly man often grows best when his worldly circumstances decay.

Daily Devotional:
Jeremiah 4:1
'If you will return, O Israel,' says the Lord . . .
I must first get the issue settled between God and myself in the secret places of my soul, where no one else can interfere. Then I can go ahead, knowing with certainty that the battle is won.
