We finally took a shot at giving Baba an IV. My wife did it. She does all the hard stuff. She got the needle in and we started the juice flowing. We are supposed to let it run for 5 to 10 minutes, but Baba only let us run it for a few minutes. But I think some stuff got in him. I hope it makes him feel better.

One thing I'm not getting here is how feedback works. I assume there is some chance somebody may stumble across what I'm writing and link it to what they are writing. But how do I know that without looking at referers? And how do I reply to them? In other words, how do we make this into a discussion instead of people just shouting into space at each other?

I've always thought of keeping a diary. But not a public one. The idea that other people can "see" my thoughts pretty much terrifies me. I remember when I was a kid and CB radios were the in thing (hmm, another kind of radio). I was afraid to say anything. In a way it is a similar kind of thing to Radio. You don't really know who you are talking to. You can't see their faces. You just have to talk and hope somebody listens.
