we got bit by a spider today -- bigtime -- it found docs we thought were tight

it's not just us -- it's been a rough day for RSA too -- there's definately something in the air

Tough Day for RSA Security. The Bedford, Mass., e-security firm's stock tumbles 32 percent after disclosing a Securities and Exchange Commission probe. [internetnews.com]

hopefully the next security story isn't a major terrorist action in the US -- it's all happening too close to home today

we're going for a drive

Bossman Dave - yes we agree, but then sometimes there's a bump in the day and it's not like Peter Pan if you believe in it it happens if you doubt it doesn't

you're just laid down bad broadsided by a big bag of karma

the news today from bankrupt cabal of Enron is that an ex-employee blew his mind out in a car

dude -- nothing is that bad

(although we're freaking that we could have even had a security hole as big as we did)

like Arnold said: "Just walk away." -- like to Benares

it goes for everyone

get with God -- try to know yourSelf -- keep asking Who am I? --and let go of all attachment to the outer

and dive back in

suicide is the ultimate selfish act

try to give more than you take - that's where the real fun and action and wonder is, in being human

and being alive -- man, it's just the coolest

even when you screw up bigtime

we finally got someone at Verisign to fix our email -- it took all of 5 seconds with the right person -- now we're on to WebEx tech support to dig deeper and try to fix the latency and rendering problems we're encountering when sharing applications and documents

Scientific American: Television Addiction

we kicked this frequency dragon years ago -- then had it hooked back up with the 250+ channels of drek during the 9/11 days -- now it's gone again -- we're a million times more productive and creative without it -- same for the kids

the only things we miss are PBS: Frontline and Hardball with Chris Mathews -- we'd pay a buck to access archives of these on the Net

it'll all happen -- we're just impatient

violence in the name of business is up next -- but sadly, that will take more than a day

greed is subtle too -- just like all the rest of those bad boy generals in the army of the ego
